7 ounces Smoked Mackerel (skin and bones removed)
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped Dill
1 teaspoon green peppercorns
1 tomato
yellow Dandelion greens
Arugula (leaves)
1 dash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.
Split the bread rolls.
2.
Mash the mackerel with a fork. Mix in the mayonnaise, yoghurt, dill and pepper and season to taste with salt and lemon juice. Spread on the bread rolls.
3.
Wash and slice the tomato, removing the hard core at the top. Wash the dandelion leaves and rocket and pat dry. Pile the tomato and salad on top of the mackerel spread, replace the top half of the roll and serve.
