400 Puff pastry dough
50 grams red Red currant jelly
3 Tbsps honey
3 Figs
45 grams Walnut

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Melt the butter. Grease the bottom of a springform pan with 1-2 tablespoons of the butter. Remove the rim of the pan. Roll out the puff pastry and place on the pan. Heat the jelly with 1-2 tablespoons of honey. Spread on the pastry, leaving a 3 cm edge. Rinse the figs, dry and slice. Lay the figs on the pastry. Drizzle with the remaining honey. Spread the remaining butter along the edge of the pastry.

Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove and let cool briefly. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Cut into pieces and serve.
