2 tablespoons black Crème de cassis
1 roll Puff pastry dough (about 275 grams)
Pastry flour (for work surface)
1 egg white

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut figs in half crosswise. In a bowl, mix figs with honey and liqueur.

Roll out puff pastry on a floured work surface. Cut in half. Whisk egg and brush onto one pastry half. Lay second half of pastry on top and press to seal. Cut pastry with a pizza cutter into about 12 squares. Place a fig piece in the middle of each square. Pour honey and liqueur mixture over figs. Fold edges of pastry over figs and press. Place pastries on baking sheet and bake about 15 minutes.
