Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
Cut the puff pastry into 12 rectangles. With a pastry wheel, cut a scalloped shape around the edges. Spread the jam over the pastry pieces evenly. Rinse the figs and cut into thin slices. Layer over the rectangles and dust with powdered sugar. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
