- 1 Plum
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1 pc lemons
Preparation

Cut fig into quarters and set 1 piece aside. Scrape out the flesh from remaining quarters with a spoon. Rinse plum, halve, remove pit and cut into pieces.

Puree fig pulp, plum and whey. Season with lemon juice. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with remaining fig quarter and lemon piece.
