3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 ½ cups chicken stock (or turkey or beef stock)
cup Broth (skimmed of fat)
1 tablespoon Wholegrain Mustard

Preparation steps

1.
Whisk the Madeira into the flour until smooth.
2.
Heat the stock and meat juices in a pan. Pour in the flour mixture and add the mustard and bring to a boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes, whisking until thickened.
3.
Pour into a warmed gravy boat.
