250 grams sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt
1 small bottle Rum extract
5 eggs
400 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a baking sheet or line with with parchment paper. Rinse and halve the plums and remove the pits. Beat the butter or margarine until fluffy. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and rum flavoring and mix well. Add the eggs gradually, and stir everything into a smooth batter. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Spread the batter evenly on the baking sheet. Arrange the plum halves cut side down on the dough and bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
