Ingredients

soft Butter (for the baking dish)
250 milliliters
Beer (Stout)
250 grams
75 grams
250 grams

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). 

2.

Boil the beer with the butter in a pan while stirring. Add the cocoa powder, stir and let cool.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs with sour cream until smooth. Stir the chocolate and add in flour mixture. Fill in the baking dish and bake in oven for about 1 hour (check level of cooking with toothpick). Remove from oven and allow to cool in the mold.

For decorating: Chop the chocolate and melt with the cream while stirring over a water bath. Remove from the heat and continue to stir until the cream is spreadable. Loosen the cake from the mold and sprinkle with the chocolate cream.

5.

Cut into pieces and serve.
