2large eggs beaten

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first eleven ingredients in a large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
2 Mix Spinach, egg, and feta cheese in a large mixing bowl.
3 Put 2/3 of meat mixture into a loaf pan pressing down lightly to create a depression in the center. Fill with the spinach mixture and top with remaining meat.
4 Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
