1 bunch Chives (snipped)
2 Tbsps Dill (chopped)

Preparation steps

Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks smoothly with the milk and flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Season lightly with salt. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking parchment (approx. 20x30 cm) and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 25 minutes (stand a dish of water in the oven while it is baking). Take out of the oven, remove from the baking tray and leave to cool. Mix the cottage cheese with the herbs and spread on the omelette. Arrange the slices of smoked salmon evenly on top, add a layer of salmon caviar and roll up. Cut into slices and serve on a bed of salad leaves.
