4 ounces Chocolate chip
3 ounces Pecan
8 ounces Whipped cream
2 eggs
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
For preparing and garnishing
softened butter (for greasing the molds)
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease four ovenproof ramekins with butter. 

2.

Cut the baguette into thin slices and layer into the ramekins with the chocolate chips and pecans. Whisk the whipping cream, eggs and powdered sugar together until smooth and pour into the ramekins. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
