Easy Cheese Fondue
Peel garlic, cut in half and rub fondue pot with it. Finely grate cheese. Pour wine into the fondue pot and melt cheese gradually in hot wine. Constantly stir with a wooden spoon in a figure-eight shape. Add lemon juice.
Dissolve potato flour in a little water and fold into the cheese mixture. Finally, add baking soda and cherry brandy, mix and season with pepper. Keep cheese warm on a chafing dish.
Cut baguette and pickles into bite-sized cubes. To serve, skewer baguette cubes, tomatoes and mixed pickles, pull through cheese and enjoy.
