1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Baking dish (Lamb mold, about 1 liter capacity), 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Bowl, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Fork, 1 Small bowl, 1 Brush

Preparation steps

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze. Mix flour and cornstarch in a bowl with baking powder and cinnamon.

In a mixing bowl, combine canola oil with sugar, vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and the salt. Add the eggs and stir. Fold in the flour mixture and mix well.

Grease a lamb cake mold (about 1 liter capacity) (approximately 1 quart capacity) and sprinkle with flour, tapping out excess. Pour in the batter and bake on bottom rack of preheated oven at 180°C (fan 160°C, gas: mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F) for 35-40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan before gently inverting to unmold.. Mix powdered sugar with remaining lemon juice, drizzle over cake and serve.
