Kitchen utensils

1 Non-stick pan with Easter egg shapes

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough: Melt butter. Chop chocolate, stir in butter and melt, then let cool down. Grease an Easter baking pan (with egg shapes) with butter and dust with sugar.

2.

Beat egg, sugar and vanilla. Combine almonds and cornstarch, then fold into egg mixture. Fold butter mixture into egg mixture. Pour half the dough into the Easter pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C / 400°F for 10-12 minutes.

3.

Remove and let cookies cool slightly, remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack. Grease pan again and dust with sugar, add remaining dough and repeat baking.

4.

For the decoration: Combine powdered sugar lemon juice to form an icing. Divide icing into 3 bowls and color with dye. Brush cookies with icing and let dry. Add remaining icing to piping bags and use to decorate cookies and attach sugar pearls. Let dry completely, then serve.
