½ cup powdered sugar
50 dried Apricot
9 ounces Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)

Preparation steps

1.
Beat the almond paste with the liqueur and icing sugar and knead well.
2.
Shape into 50 balls and press slightly flat.
3.
Cut open the apricots almost in half and fill with the almond paste mixture.
4.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water.
5.
Dip the apricots halfway into the chocolate and place on non-stick baking paper to set.
