Preparation steps

Dissolve yeast in 300 ml (approximately 1 cup) lukewarm water. Mix flour with salt and sugar in a bowl and create a well in the center. Pour yeast mixture into well and knead quickly into a smooth dough, adding more water or flour as needed. Knead for about 10 minutes, place back in the bowl and let rest for 1 hour in a warm place.

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Knead dough again vigorously and form into dinner rolls weighing about 60 grams (approximately 2 ounces) each. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove, cool and serve.
