Dill (freshly chopped)

Preparation steps

Peel shallots, chop finely and cook in melted butter until translucent. Sprinkle with the flour and sauté briefly while stirring. Deglaze with the wine and simmer briefly while stirring.

Pour in the cream and puree with an immersion blender. Bring to a simmer and stir in the crème fraîche and the mustard. Season with salt, pepper and honey to taste. Finally, stir in dill and serve.
