2 tablespoons butter (melted, plus extra for frying)
8 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread

Preparation steps

1.
Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl. Add the eggs and a third of the milk and whisk well to make a thick batter. Gradually whisk in the remaining milk to make a smooth batter the consistency of thin cream. Stir in the melted butter.

Heat an 18cm nonstick frying pan and brush with a little melted butter. When the pan is hot pour in about 2 tbsp of the batter and quickly swirl it around the pan. Cook for a minute and then flip the pancake over and cook the other side for a minute until golden brown. Remove and keep warm while you cook the remaining pancakes.

Spread a tablespoon of chocolate hazelnut spread over each pancake and roll up. Cut each one into four and place on a serving dish. Sprinkle with icing (confectioners') sugar and serve.
