Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the sardines and remove the head. Pat dry. Lightly salt inside and outside and place in a flat pan.

Peel the garlic, finely chop, mix with lemon juice and olive oil over the sardines, cover and let stand for about 30 minutes.

Then remove the sardines, sprinkle with pepper and coat with flour. Fry in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
