For the potatoes

French fries (thawed)

Preparation steps

For the potatoes, turn on the fryer and heat the fat to 170°C (approximately 325ºF).

Rinse the spinach and shake dry.

Mix the cornstarch with the cold water until smooth and dip the french fries into it.

Fry the eggs in a non-stick pan with a little fat.

Place the french fries in the basket of the fryer in two piles and fry until golden. Then add the bacon.

Remove the fries and arrange on a platter. Distribute the spinach and the bacon slices over them and top with the eggs.

Serve seasoned with salt and pepper.
