1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 große Non-stick pan mit Deckel, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Pot, 1 Sieve, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Paper towel, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Teaspoon
Line a small square or rectangular dish or tin with non-stick baking paper.
Put the cream into a pan with the sugar, salt and vanilla seeds and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
Add the chocolate and melt in the cream. Leave to cool slightly.
Beat the butter until light and fluffy and stir into the chocolate mixture a spoonful at a time.
Stir in the figs and hazelnuts. Spread the mixture evenly in the about 2cm|3/4" thick. Chill overnight.
Sift icing sugar thickly over the top, then, turn out, remove the paper and sift icing sugar over the top. Cut into slices with a very sharp knife.
