Dark Chocolate Frozen Dessert

1 Pot, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Kitchen twine
Pour water into a medium pan and heat until just about to boil. Turn down the heat until small bubbles just come to the surface. Break up the chocolate and put it into a heatproof bowl that will fit into the top of the pan. Carefully put the bowl over the simmering (not boiling) water until the chocolate has melted. Carefully remove the bowl and set aside to cool a little, while you whisk the cream.
Put the condensed milk, cream and vanilla into a large bowl. Beat with an electric whisk until thick and quite stiff. Whisk in the melted chocolate until smooth and blended.
Tip into a freezer proof container, cover with cling film and foil and freeze until solid.
Transfer the container to the refrigerator about 20 minutes before you plan to eat the ice cream, to allow it to soften a little.
