- 1 Shortcrust pastry (cookie dough according to basic recipe)
- 4 Tbsps cocoa powder
- 2 tsps Gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Tbsps Cocoa
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps (Raw sugar version) powdered sugar

Preparation steps
First prepare the dough according to the basic recipe. You can find the link to the recipe "Cookie dough" under product recommendation or via our search function.
Mix cocoa, gingerbread spice and baking powder. Knead into the short pastry together with the cocoa nibs and the whipped cream.
Shape the short pastry into walnut-sized balls, press them slightly flat, roll one side in powdered sugar. Set the remaining powdered sugar aside. Put the chocolate cookies on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake the chocolate cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Dust the chocolate cookies with the remaining powdered sugar before serving.
