Dalgona Coffee is fun and trendy! Almond milk is an excellent alternative to regular milk, especially for people who are lactose-intolerant or those who follow a vegan diet. Almonds are extremely rich in nutrients. With their valuable, unsaturated fatty acids, trace elements, and minerals, almonds are among some of the healthiest foods. Besides magnesium, calcium, and copper, almonds also contain significant amounts of vitamin B1, B2, and the antioxidant vitamin E.

This recipe is slightly healthier when you use Almond Milk instead of regular whole milk, and if you cut the sugar to 1 tablespoon instead of 3 tablespoons.

2 tablespoons water (hot)
1 cup Almond milk (cold)

Preparation steps

Add the instant coffee, sugar and water into a bowl.

Using a whisk or hand mixer, whisk the mixture until it forms soft peaks. This can take a few minutes depending on the method you are using.
