150 milliliters Liquid whey
2 Tbsps ground Walnut (20 g)
2 Tbsps Acacia honey (30 g)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse 2 bunches of currants, then pat dry. Remove from the vines and set aside. Set aside some of the currants for garnish.

2.

Puree the currants with the yogurt and the liquid whey. Add the walnuts, honey, and ice and puree briefly.

3.

Pour berry puree into 2 glasses. Dilute it with mineral water, if you'd like. Garnish with the remaining currants and serve.
