Cut feta cheese into small cubes. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop.

Rinse cucumber, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into slices. Rinse and pat dry tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into cubes.

Mix cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, onion and basil in a bowl.

For the vinaigrette, whisk together olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper and mix vinaigrette with the salad. Serve immediately.
