parsley (chopped)
cilantro (chopped)
2 sprigs mint (chopped)
12 Basil (chopped)
1 large Cucumber (peeled, seeds removed and roughly chopped)
2 cups plain Yogurt
juiced Limes
4 Ice
1 handful Alfalfa sprouts

Preparation steps

1.
Set aside a little of each of the chopped herbs for the garnish.

Put the remaining herbs in a blender with the cucumber, yoghurt, lime juice and ice. Blend until smooth
3.
then season with salt and pepper, pour into glasses and serve garnished with the reserved herbs and the alfalfa sprouts.
