Crispy Fried Chicken Legs
Pat dry the chicken legs with paper towels and place in a bowl. Season the chicken legs with salt and sprinkle with the flour.
Beat the eggs and pour over the chicken. Mix the breadcrumbs with chile powder and coat the chicken legs with it. Press the breadcrumbs well over the chicken legs.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer at 160°C (approximately 320°F) or heat the oil in a pot. Fry the chicken legs in hot oil in 2 portions for 10 minutes each. Drain the fried chicken legs on absorbent paper.
Serve the fried chicken legs with hot ketchup.
