Crispbread with Quark and Sliced Radishes
Spread the garlic butter in a thin layer on the crispbread.
Rinse the scallion and thinly slice.
Rinse the radishes and slice.
Divide the Quark between the crispbread and sprinkle with the sliced scallions. Place one sliced radish on top of each crispbread and season with salt and pepper.
