Mineral water (carbonated)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Box grater, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 small Whisk, 1 Sieve, 1 Knife

Preparation steps

Crispbread with Cucumber Quark preparation step 1

Rinse cucumber, wipe dry, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds with a teaspoon and grate on a box grater.

Mix quark and mineral water in a small bowl until smooth. Mix in grated cucumber and season with salt and pepper.
