150 grams Goat cheese
100 grams cream cheese
1 ½ tablespoons Wild garlic pesto
salt

1 pinch ground Caraway
1 pinch ground cilantro
For the quark with cress and chopped hard-boiled egg
1 hard-boiled egg
180 grams Quark
60 grams sour Whipped cream
1 teaspoon medium-hot Mustard
salt
cayenne pepper
½ bunch Cress

Preparation steps

For the goat cheese: In a bowl, mix goat cheese with cream cheese until smooth. Stir in wild garlic pesto and season with salt, pepper, caraway and coriander. Let stand about 30 minutes.

For the quark and cress: Peel egg and finely chop. Stir quark with sour cream and mustard until smooth and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Cut cress with scissors and set a few sprigs aside. Fold the remaining cress into the quark mixture. Fold in 3/4 of the chopped egg. Serve quark in bowls topped with remaining egg and cress. Serve with wild garlic goat cheese.
