Crepes with Walnuts
Mix flour with milk, salt, nuts and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and let rest for about 10 minutes. Coarsely chop walnuts.
Heat butter in a pan, add one ladle of batter at a time and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side until golden brown. Keep warm by storing in an oven at 70°C (approximately 150°F) until all four crepes are finished.
Before serving, sprinkle each crepe with walnuts, drizzle with maple syrup and add a scoop of ice cream. Fold and serve.
