Crepes with Strawberries
Whisk together eggs and flour in a bowl. Add sugar, salt and milk. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in batter, tilting pan to cover bottom in a thin, even layer. Cook crepes until golden brown on both sides.
Rinse strawberries, pat dry and cut in half. Combine with vanilla sugar and sugar and leave for 10 minutes..
Serve the crepes with strawberries and one scoop each of caramel ice cream.
