For the dough:
100 grams Pastry flour
1 pinch salt
1 packet Vanilla sugar
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
200 milliliters milk
butter (for the pan)
For the caramel cream:
400 grams Whipped cream
50 grams butter
200 grams Granulated sugar
50 milliliters Whiskey cream liqueur

Preparation steps

Combine all ingredients for the dough and mix to form a smooth dough. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.

Boil the cream, sugar, butter and liqueur in a pot. Stir over low heat for about 30 minutes until the mixture is light brown and thick. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.

Heat the butter in a pan and bake 8 thin crepes one at a time and keep warm.

4.

Fold the crepes and serve with the caramel cream.
