fresh cherries (pitted)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix quark, milk and powdered sugar until smooth.

2.

Beat egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into cream. Combine cherries (set some aside) with kirsch.

3.

Place 2/3 of cream into dessert goblets, top with cherries and remaining cream. Garnish with grated chocolate and cherries. Serve cold.
