Preparation steps

Butter 4 ramekins.

Rinse and pat dry blueberries. Rinse and pat dry peaches, halve and pit, cut into wedges. Spread peaches and blueberries in ramekins.

Whisk mascarpone with cream, lemon zest and sugar and spread fruit with the mixture. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15 minutes or until sugar is caramelized. Remove from the oven and cool slightly, dust with cinnamon and serve warm.
