Creamy Bacon Pasta
Replace the pancetta with 200g peas, cooked
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the pancetta until golden. Whisk the egg yolks and Parmesan into the cream.
Drain the pasta, return to the pan and, working quickly, scrape the pancetta and butter into the pan and toss.
Toss off the heat with the egg/cream mixture then serve immediately.
