1 packet Instant pudding

Preparation steps

For the pastry: combine flour with sugar and salt in a bowl, make a well in the center and add an egg to the well. Cut butter into small pieces and arrange around the well. Chop with a knife until crumbly, quickly knead into a smooth pastry. Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For the topping: crumble marzipan into a mixing bowl, add eggs and whisk until smooth. Add sugar, amaretto, cream, quark and pudding powder, mix until smooth.

Butter tart pan. Roll out pastry on a floured surface and line tart pan with it, making an edge all around. Crumble amaretti and sprinkle on the pastry. Drain apricots and arrange on pastry, cut side down, and spread with cream. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool. Serve.
