75 grams cream cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
100 grams Pastry flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

Mix the milk with cream cheese, egg and sugar.

Mix the flour with baking powder, and fold into the cream cheese mixture to form a smooth batter. Cover the batter and let rest for 30 minutes.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry small pancakes in portions from the batter. Serve the pancakes warm.
