Preparation steps

For the crepes, mix the ingredients to make a batter and let sit for 20 minutes. Cook 8-12 thin crepes in a pan with hot butter. Set aside to cool. For the filling, beat the cream until stiff. Stir in the quark, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth and fold in the cream.

Rinse the oranges and cut into segments. Spread the crepes with orange marmalade and some of the cream. Fold the crepes and serve garnished with orange slices on plates.
