200 grams Cranberry (fresh)
75 grams brown sugar
25 grams jam sugar
1 generous pinch ground cloves
1 organic Orange (zest and juice)
100 milliliters water
50 milliliters dry Red wine

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cranberries. Combine the cranberries with the sugar, jam sugar, cloves, orange zest, orange juice, water and wine in a saucepan.

2.

Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until thickened, about 20-25 minutes. 

3.

Season to taste and allow to cool before serving.
