150 grams cane sugar
1 pinch salt
80 grams melted butter
2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
250 grams Whipped cream
150 grams dried Cranberry

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper muffin cups.

Combine the flour and cornstarch in a bowl and mix with the baking powder. Break the eggs in another bowl and combine with the sugar, salt, butter and vanilla sugar. Stir the heavy cream into the egg mixture and gradually add the flour mixture into the eggs and cream. Fold in the cranberries. Pour batter into the muffin cups and bake until golden brown for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool, Serve warm.
