Cranberry, Mango and Pineapple Popsicles
Rinse the cranberries, drain and boil with the sugar. Let simmer until the berries are soft, then cool. Cut the mango pulp and pineapple into small pieces.
Mix with the cranberries and yogurt in a blender and puree. Add sugar to taste.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 5 hours. To serve, briefly dip in hot water and release from the molds.
