Preparation steps

1.

Beat the butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in the eggs. Mix the flour, almonds, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix into the butter mixture. Chop the cranberries and fold into the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Use a teaspoon to heap portions of the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
