Nutritional values

The bright yellow vegetables are more than just a treat, the crunchy grains contain a lot of lutein and zeaxanthin. The human body cannot produce these two substances itself, but stores them in the retina of the eyes - presumably to protect against free radical damage.

Do not grill the flasks too hot, otherwise you will destroy the valuable bioactive substances. And in order for the body to be able to optimally utilize all the ingredients, it needs fat - so please do not do without it completely.
