for 1 drink; approx. 0.4-0.5 litre
- ¼ ripe honeydew melon (seeds and skin removed)
- 2 teaspoons Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated Ginger root
- 2 teaspoons honey
- cold mineral water
- 2 tablespoons crushed Ice
Chop the melon flesh and puree with the lime juice, ginger and honey.
Then mix with 100–150 ml mineral water (depending on the size of the glass).
Put the ice into a tall glass, add the melon drink and garnish with slices of lime, a slice of melon and a sprig of lemon balm.
