Low-Carb Dinner - What comes on the table, what doesn't?

At a low carb dinner and as already mentioned, low carb diets are also characterized by the fact that few to no carbohydrates are consumed. These carbohydrates are found in pasta, bread, potatoes or rice, for example, and are said to interfere with the burning of fat when they are consumed in high amounts - this also applies to low carb dinners. Low carbohydrate and high-protein meals, on the other hand, can help to boost fat burning in the body and thus help you lose a few pounds. Everything that is low in carbohydrates and high in protein is "allowed" here. For example, you can rely on lots of vegetables such as tomatoes, avocado, etc. combined with meat, fish, tofu or cheese - this way, the fat pads stay away and you'll still be full!

Our Low Carb Shopping List helps you decide what goes in your shopping cart and what carbohydrate-rich food would rather stay out. Do you want to eat only low carbohydrate (and still delicious) food? The low-carb nutrition plan offers you many tasty recipes for your first low-carb week. By the way, a low-carb diet and a piece of cake for dessert are not automatically mutually exclusive. By replacing the wheat flour in the cake batter with a low-carb flour, you can reduce the carbohydrate content of your cake. You have not yet found the right recipe in the right difficulty? Low carb dinners - lifestyle or short term diet?

A low-carb diet will certainly help you lose a few kilos quickly and easily. However, you should not overdo it with the low-carb craze, because carbohydrates are the number one source of energy, especially for our brain. However, you should definitely differentiate between carbohydrates: Carbohydrates from whole grain products contain a lot of fibre and keep you full for a long time, while carbohydrates from cakes, lemonades & co. quickly raise the blood sugar level and are often associated with overweight. And not only for diabetics who have to take insulin. We at EAT SMARTER therefore advise you to incorporate healthy carbohydrates with a high fibre content into your diet and alongside your low carb dinner and to reduce carbohydrates if you want to lose weight.
