Low-Carb Dinner - What comes on the table, what doesn't?
At a low carb dinner and as already mentioned, low carb diets are also characterized by the fact that few to no carbohydrates are consumed. These carbohydrates are found in pasta, bread, potatoes or rice, for example, and are said to interfere with the burning of fat when they are consumed in high amounts - this also applies to low carb dinners. Low carbohydrate and high-protein meals, on the other hand, can help to boost fat burning in the body and thus help you lose a few pounds. Everything that is low in carbohydrates and high in protein is "allowed" here. For example, you can rely on lots of vegetables such as tomatoes, avocado, etc. combined with meat, fish, tofu or cheese - this way, the fat pads stay away and you'll still be full!

Low carb dinners - lifestyle or short term diet?
A low-carb diet will certainly help you lose a few kilos quickly and easily. However, you should not overdo it with the low-carb craze, because carbohydrates are the number one source of energy, especially for our brain. However, you should definitely differentiate between carbohydrates: Carbohydrates from whole grain products contain a lot of fibre and keep you full for a long time, while carbohydrates from cakes, lemonades & co. quickly raise the blood sugar level and are often associated with overweight. And not only for diabetics who have to take insulin. We at EAT SMARTER therefore advise you to incorporate healthy carbohydrates with a high fibre content into your diet and alongside your low carb dinner and to reduce carbohydrates if you want to lose weight.
