white chocolate (chopped)

seedless, strawberry conserve

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat.
2.
Stir the butter and strawberry conserve into the melted chocolate until combined. Cover with cling film and chill for about 1 hour until firm enough to scoop.
3.
Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture and using your hands, roll into balls. Place on a tray and chill until firm.
4.
Put the sanding sugar on a flat plate. Roll the chilled sweets in the sugar to coat.
