Banana (roughly chopped)

blue Syrup (or 5 drops of blue food coloring)
sugar (to taste)
Mint sprig (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Put the milk, ice cream, banana, vanilla essence and syrup or food colouring in a blender and blend until smooth. add sugar to taste then blend once more.

Pour into glasses and serve garnished with the mint sprigs.
