1 cup black currant
cup double cream
cup Iced water
cup Scotch Whisky
3 Tbsps shelled, unsalted Pistachio
parsley (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
In a food processor, combine the raspberries and blackcurrants with the cream and the water. Divide the liquid between four glasses.
2.
Add a dash of whisky and sprinkle on the crushed pistachios. Decorate with a sprig of parsley and keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.
